Expected

To forget, has become normal. We are living in a time where to forget something, someone or some experiences, is now almost expected.

If for some reason one feels unsettled… it is a good reason enough to forget it and move on.

Forgetting becomes integral to our daily lives then. Small instances of unpleasantness, and the armor goes up to discard it, to “forget it”. Keep moving forward.

It’s amazing really. In the way that the totality of all these “some’s”, is what makes our experiences of our life so unique.

They seem like stones across a stream, that we happily hop on; from one to the next. Crossing stream after stream.

Disoriented and addicted, distracted and oblivious to our constant comfort of hopping through these routes into uncertainty.

Happy, yet delirious from the simple fact of moving on. But through this craze, there comes a time; when there are no more stones in the river ahead. And all those stones all along the way; coo us back to their comfort.

But there is a vast horizon that lays ahead. Awaiting only for one to choose, to keep moving on, even if it means to be at peace with staying afloat.
